Recondite has made a good first impression two years ago, when he released his full-length debut “On Acid”. Now he returns in full gear and will release by September the 1’st his latest EP “Caldera” on Scuba’s truly, Hotflush Recordings. The EP presents two tracks consisted of euphoric beats.
One of Bavaria’s most appreciated artists, Recondite proves to be a long-life collector of music.
After moving to Berlin to pursue his vision as a DJ, it didn’t take long for his talent to be noticed. “Plagent #001” and his three 2011 EPs made his name heard. Scuba included his track “Backbone” in his DJ Kicks Mix and released two Recondite remixes out on HotFlush.
His debut release “On Acid” was out in 2012 on Acid Test, a sublabel for Absurd Recording (Los Angeles). By that time the sublabel had featured releases from Donato Dozzy and Tin Man.
Recondite’s LP earned an encouraging feedback from the press and major producers in the game.
Working hard in keeping his music fresh, he continues to release a series of EPs on his own Plangent and on Dystopian: “EC10 EP” in 2013 – a powerful experimental record. Ultimately releasing EP’s on Innervisions (PSY).
Recondite believes his music captures in essence the personality of his hometown Rottal-Inn – a district in south-eastern Bavaria, Germany. By now Recondite has had gigs all around the world, even in our dearest country, Romania at Sunwaves Festival this year.
