JEMF - Escape the Ordinary (20-22.05.2016)

As we all know, the festival season is opening soon and Jimbolia Electronic Music Festival (JEMF) is announced to be a huge surprise for all the electro and electronic music lovers out there.

After a three years pause, JEMF, which has reached it's 4th edition, will be opening it's doors on Friday, 20th of May, until Sunday, 22 of May 2016. Besides the day time outdoor activities, which are going to be fun and diverse, the camping area, and some “unofficial” parties, JEMF will offer you the coolest venue you can imagine.

The festival takes place in Jimbolia ( 40 Km from Timisoara ), in the middle of the nature, as the story of  the festival describes it: “JEMF is an intimate 5000 person festival experience, set amongst deep secluded swamps in the outside area of Jimbolia. As you venture through the trees, uncovering the remains of an old bricks factory - long forgotten, your ears will be guided by a rich tapestry of international house, techno, electro and rap artists.”

Why is that cool you wonder? Because it is somewhere between the border of Serbia, Hungary, and Romania, so jimbolians are expecting their neighbors to blend in for an unforgettable experience!

By the way, if you are hungry for good music JEMF has a tasty line-up to warm up your apetite.

The first artists announced are big names, such as: Monika Kruse, Dennis Ferrer, Deborah De Luca, NTFO, Karmon, Marko Nastic, Andre Hommen, Lea Dobricic, Subcarpati, Gojira & Planet H, Macanache and the AlongSide Artists DJs - Alex Kennon, Atapy, Giuseppe Cennamo, Just2, Luca M, Nusha, Olivian Nour, Punu, and Ulises.

 But there’s more than that!

JEMF is about escaping the ordinary, celebrating music, respecting their crowd wishes and blending people and vibes in only one thing – the experience of a lifetime festival.

Ps: don’t rave to drink or to get fucked up. Rave to dance, rave because you love the music!
