Jozif mixes for Balance

The infamous Australian series “Balance” has chosen British based DJ and producer, Jozif to mix their latest compilation. The new series is called “Presents..” and it will be focusing on new talent.

In an interview for DJ Mag, Jozif said it is a great honor for him to be chosen. And no wonder, since he will be joining a list of artists like Joris Voorn, Lee Buridge or Timo Mass in having mixed a Balanced CD.

The Culprit crew member also said the process took about six months and talked about the things that influenced the final version of the compilation. The mix is more melancholic and emotional than the original plan was, due to the early passing at the beginning of last year of his good friend Martin Dawson, aka King Roc. His passing influenced Jozif, and the british artist honestly translated his emotions and mourning into his work, revealing an emotion filled double disc combination.
